Vendors often say they want to improve the “ease of doing” business with partners with new systems and programs, such as portals. Partners say a big contributor to the difficulty in doing business with vendors is there are too many product variations that make it hard to figure out what to buy and resell. It’s a big problem for vendors and partners alike.
